There is no trigger endpoint. Analysis runs on the deployment's schedule — hourly by default — over everything ingested since the previous run. A host application reads what ran; it cannot ask for a run.

No runs are recorded against the stream id: on this deployment, analysis ran before finalisation, so requests are keyed by source (§5.5, "Finalising"). Showing the runs for the attached source instead.
