Replace the sensor behind 485848005__X (waveform)

Re-point, don't redeclare. When a sensor is replaced, this form attaches the replacement's source to the stream already at that location (PUT /mpoints-attachments). The old source moves into the stream's history, the stream_id does not change, and the measuring point keeps one unbroken record across the swap. Declaring a new measuring point instead would start the history from scratch — the one mistake worth guarding against (overview §5.5).
